Refund & Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Fee

A flat rate of ¥2,000 (tax included) applies to shipping anywhere in Japan. The same rate covers Okinawa and remote islands, though sea transport may cause additional transit time.

2. Shipping Method & Lead Time

  • Parcels are shipped via Yamato Transport TA‑Q‑BIN Compact or TA‑Q‑BIN.
  • Items usually ship within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Back‑order items may take 7–10 days.
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once the parcel is dispatched.

3. Pickup & Storage Period

Please collect your parcel from the hotel, convenience store, or PUDO Station within each facility’s storage period (typically 7 days). If returned due to expiry, re‑shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations before purchase confirmation (before we place the order) are free of charge.
  • After purchase confirmation, we will refund the amount minus actual costs (item price & shipping) and service fee .
  • Custom‑made, limited, or non‑resellable items cannot be cancelled.

5. Refund Policy

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, refunds are generally not accepted. However, partial or full refunds may be issued at our discretion under the following conditions:

1. Eligible Cases for Refund

  • The product became unavailable after payment (e.g., out of stock or discontinued).
  • We mistakenly purchased or shipped the wrong item due to our error.
  • Other cases deemed reasonable by our service.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Cancellations due to customer reasons after product purchase (e.g., change of plans, no longer needed).
  • Refund requests after the product has already been shipped (e.g., delivery delay or recipient issues).
  • Items that cannot be returned or refunded due to their nature, such as food, hygiene products, or used items.
  • Incorrect order details submitted by the customer (e.g., wrong URL, color, quantity, or pickup location).

3. Refund Method and Notes

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) whenever possible.
  • Transaction or service fees incurred at the time of purchase may not be refundable.
  • Customers must contact us in advance via support@omiyagepick.com to request a refund. Refunds cannot be accepted without prior notice.

6. Damage & Loss

  • In case of damage or loss during transit, compensation will be provided within the carrier’s coverage.
  • We are not liable for damage occurring after pickup, during storage, or use.
